| 摘 要： | 全运会体制诞生于计划经济时代,它在我们国家已有接近60年的历史．全运会对中国体育的崛起与腾飞有着举足轻重的作用,但同时它也存在不少的弊端和缺陷,因此很多业内外人士对它的“去”、“留”问题提出疑问,那么它究竟是应该“去”还是“留”呢?用发展的思维来看待这个问题,全运会体制应该是不去而留,留而求变．

| Abstract: | The system of China National Games, roughly 60 years old, was born in the times of planned economy and developed in market economy. Though it has played a very important role in the rising of China's physical culture, it still exerts some negative effects. Therefore, many people of the field challenge its necessity. To cancel it or to retain it? That is the question. To deal with the question with a developing perspective, the paper argues that the system should be kept and optimized rather than cancelled. |
