多排环形供气孔静压止推气体轴承的研究

摘    要:为了提高静压止推气体轴承的刚度及承载力,对一种多排环形供气孔静压气体攫推轴承进行了研究,从气体轴承雷诺方程出发,采用Galerkin加权余量法推导出了控制方程的有限元形式,并由控制方程的边界条件,采用向前迭代法对轴承静特性参数进行了数值求解,分析了不同参数对止推轴承性能的影响,理论分析及试验研究表明,采用多排环形供气孔后,轴承的静刚度性能有了显著提高。

Abstract:To improve the load capacity and stability of the gas lubricate thrust bearing, the externally pressurized air thrust bearings with multi rows supply holes were developed. Based on the modified Reynolds equation for gas bearing, a finite element formulation of the governing equations has been developed using Galerkin method. Using the boundary conditions of the governing equations, a forward iteration method was selected to solve the steady Reynolds equation. The influences of different parameters on the performance of thrust bearing are analyzed. The results of the theoretical analysis and the experimental research indicate that adopting multi rows supply holes can enhance the stiffness performance of the thrust bearing.
