推进我国宗教自由法制化建设进程之探讨

宗教自由是每个公民的权利,我国宪法法律保护公民宗教信仰自由和宗教活动自由.但随着社会的发展,宗教法律体系的不合理不完善、宗教事务管理的模式不合理、宗教司法救济的不彻底等问题和矛盾日益突出,严重妨碍了公民的宗教自由权利的行使.文章通过探讨在我国公民宗教自由的现状和宗教自由保护的困境,为保障公民的宗教自由提出法制建议.

A Discussion of Promoting Legalization Process of Freedom of Religion in China

Freedom of religion is the right of all citizens. In China, the constitutional laws protect citizens＇ freedom of religious belief and activities. However, with the social development, more and more problems and conflicts related to legal system, religious affairs management and judicial remedy system emerged. These problems and conflicts are obstructs for people to fully exercise the right of religious freedom. This paper put forward some suggestions for improving the legal system construction in China, therefore to guarantee citizens＇ freedom of religion.
