陆生等足目第一触角的超微结构

摘    要:对海蟑螂、光滑鼠妇、糙皮鼠妇、普通卷甲虫、美丽卷甲虫和普通卷甲虫红色变形体等陆生等足目的第一触角,进行了扫描电镜观察、比较。陆生等足目第一触角由4节组成,即底节、基节、中节和顶节。从而纠正了一百多年来公认的2 ̄3年的描述。底节小,且被基节所遮挡,故有时不易见到,顶节具感觉刺,可能是第一触角的鞭节或退化了的鞭节,第一触角存在着种间差异性和种内稳定性,并且感觉功能。

Ultrastructural and Comparative Studies on the First Antennae of Terrestrial Isopods
Abstract:By means of SEM,the ultrastructure of the first antennae of terrestrial isopods Ligia exotica Roux, 1828;Porcellio laevis Latreille,1804;Porcellio scaber Latreille, 1804;Armadillidium pictum Brandt, 1833;Armadillidium vulgare (Latreille,1804) and one red-body polymorphism of A. vulgare are shown and compared. The antennule of woodlice has four segments which are coxopodite, basipodite,medipodite and apical podite.The basipodite that brood and robust becomes the biggest one in serving always as a shelter for the small coxopodite which sometimes as a vestige in some species eg.L.exotica. A lot of aestheascs located on the apical podite of antennule, which perceives chemical and tactile stimuli. The apical podite probably is the flagellum or vestigial flagellum of antennule. The first antennae of terrestrial isopods have variances among different species and hereditary stability in one species even in polymorphisms.
