建国60年来民族区域自治的主要经验探析——纪念新中国成立60周年

民族区域自治是我国解决民族问题的一项基本政策和基本政治制度。建国60年来,在中国共产党的统一领导下,民族区域自治充分保障了少数民族当家作主的权利,有力地促进了少数民族地区经济文化社会的全面发展与繁荣。60年来,我国民族区域自治在理论上与实践中都取得了巨大成就,积累了许多宝贵的经验,主要有以下五条经验:一是必须将集中统一与区域自治相结合;二是必须将民族自治与区域自治相结合;三是必须将政治因素与经济因素相结合;四是必须将历史因素与现实因素相结合;五是必须将选派汉族干部与选拔少数民族干部相结合。

Discussion on the Experiences of National Regional Autonomy in 60 Years since the Foundation of People's Republic of China

National regional autonomy is a policy and political system to solve the national problems in our country.In recent 60 years,since the foundation of People s Republic of China,under the leadership of China Communist Party,the policy has promoted the development and nourishment economically,culturally,and socially in minority areas effectively,and achieved great contributions both theoretically and practically,thus accumulated many valuable experiences.Mainly five pieces of experiences as follows：firstly ,combination of centralization ＆ unification and regional autonomy; secondly, combination of national autonomy and regional autonomy; thirdly, combination of political factors and economical factors; fourthly, combination of historical factors and real factors; fifthly, combination of leaders from Han and leaders from minorities.
