| Abstract: | The low utilization ratio of foreign books and periodicals is a common problem existing in university library.This paper analyzes on the reasons of the low utilization ratio of the foreign books and periodicals in Guizhou Financial and Economic College,and puts forward some measures for increasing the utilization ratio of the foreign books and periodicals. |
