介绍了一种基于WEESA的语义门户开发的框架，该框架使用WEESA语义标注Web应用中的Web信息和Web服务，并通过语义标注的RDF元数据为Web应用建立知识库，在此基础上，语义收集器从所有的单食Web应用中收集知识库，来建立整个语义门户的知识库，同时介绍了如何使用语义Web服务使该语义门户成为所有Web服务的统一接口。

Research on WEESA-based Architecture for Semantic Portals Development

This paper introduces a WEESA-based architecture for the development of semantic portals, which uses WEESA to semantically annotate the Web contents and Web services of Web applications and builds the knowledge base (KB) for Web applications by using RDF meta-data, and on this base, the semantic harvester collects the KBs from individual semantic Web applications to build the global KB of the semantic portal, and also introduces how to use semantic Web services to make the portal a unique interface to all services of the Web applications.
