管壳式换热器选型软件的开发

摘    要:结合换热器设计的特点,分析管壳式换热器设计选型的算法,给出软件设计的总体方案。建立标准型号换热器的Access数据库,以便选型程序调用,利用Excel生成最终计算报表,利用AutoLisp语言实现管壳式换热器标准图形的参数化设计,并生成最终工程图,实现了管壳式换热器的设计选型。

Abstract:The arithmetic ways for design and type-selection of shell-and-tube heat exchanger are analyzed and the general scheme for the software development is presented.Access database of standard type of heat-exchanger is established so as to be used by type soliecting program Excel is used tu generate the final report and AutoLISP to realige the parameteriged design of shell-and-tube heat exchanger and finally the engineering diagram.Thus the type-selection design of hell-and-tube heat exchanger is completed.
