| 摘 要： | 分析了人力资本投入的构成及其内部关系,明确了影响产出的人力资本投入内部的因素.在此基础上,总结和借鉴已有的产出模型,建立了一个基于人力资本投入的产出模型.通过分析,进一步揭示了产出与人力资本投入的依存关系.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the components of human capital inputs and their relations,and identifies the internal factors of human capital inputs relating to firm production.Based on the analysis,a production model on human capital inputs is developed by making summaries and references of the present studies.The dependent relations between production and human capital inputs are revealed through further analysis.The model built in this paper will help studies on human capital incentive. |
