微波幅度均衡器探针插入深度对谐振频率的影响

摘    要:微波幅度均衡器探针插入越深,负载电容会越大,使得谐振频率降低.结合具体单子结构尺寸,计算了探针插入深度和负载电容与谐振频率的关系.在均衡器设计中采用子结构网络级联的分析方法,研究探针插人深度与谐振频率的关系,并使用测量数据库数据进行校正优化.

Abstract:The reasonable explanation that the deeper the probe is, the larger the capacitance, and the lower the resonant frequency is given. The capacitance and the frequency of the substructure are calculated when the probe inserts in different depths. The results can guide us to tune the microwave amplitude equalizer. The complex equalizer can adopt substructure analyzing method of interconnect-net, the insert depth of the probe can be calculated by the resonant frequency and corrected and optimized by the measured database data.
