宋代宣和库考辨

宣和库始见于五代后梁时期。北宋末年，宋徽宗以年号“宣和”命名重建，将其作为内库收纳贡献、聚敛钱财。宣和库的收入来源主要是搜括国家和朝廷的府库所得。宣和库盛极一时，在当时的财政体系中发挥了重要作用。而后，宣和库因为在一定程度上侵害了国家权益，因此职权遭到削弱。北宋灭亡后，宣和库也随之退出历史舞台。

Research on the Xuanhe Treasury in Song Dynasty

Xuanhe Treasury appeared in the Later Liang of Five Dynasties firstly.In the later stage of Northern Song Dynasty,Song Hui Zong named after title of the emperor's reign and set up it again.As the royal treasury,Xuanhe Treasury was used for storing the tribute and amassing the wealth.It mainly extorted other national and central treasuries.It had played an important role in the whole financial system.Later,because Xuanhe Treasury encroached on the national rights and interests to a certain extent,its functions and powers were weakened.After the extinction of the Northern Song Dynasty,it extincted,too.
