| 摘 要： | 2008年8月28日下午宁夏大部分地区出现了雷阵雨天气,银川河东机场在航班进出港高峰时期遭遇雷雨袭击,造成飞机延误．本文利用常规气象资料和卫星、雷达等探测资料对其进行了深入分析．结果表明,此次雷暴天气发生在新疆东移至河西冷锋前的热低压中,是由锋前扩散冷空气激发的对流云团所致;高空冷槽稍前于地面锋线,“高冷低暖”的配置增强了大气层结不稳定度,而冷锋的动力抬升和冷空气的触发作用,导致不稳定能量得以释放,产生强雷暴天气;当出现有利于雷阵雨天气发生的环流形势时,有效利用卫星云图与雷达探测产品,可以准确判断和把握影响系统的移向移速、强对流天气发生发展动态等,有助于提高飞行气象预报服务保障水平．
