| 摘 要： | 热力弯管是主蒸汽管道的薄弱部位之一,其寿命直接关系到整个管道系统寿命,笔者采用三维热塑性有限元的分析方法,详细研究了热力钢弯管在内压力和高温作用下的应力场特点并提出了“危险截面”和“危险点”的判据。

| Abstract: | The heat- resisting steel elbow is one of the weak parts of the main vapour piping,the life of which is directly related to the life of entire piping system.In this paper the characteristics of the stress field of heat-resisting steel elbow under the action of internal pressure and high temperature are studied in details by analysing the finite element of three dimentional hot plasticity.On this basis the criterion for judging"the dangerous section"and"the dangerouspoint"is put forward. |
