| 摘 要： | 针对高校师资管理的现代化要求，开发了高校师资计算机信息管理系统，设计了系统参数设置、数据库管理、事务工作管理、查询统计分析、领导决策支持、行政职能管理和帮助等７个功能模块，完成了数据库的建立、选择、修改和数据的录入、查询、添加、删除、以及各种统计与文档处理等功能，为进一步实现师范管理的科学化、现代化，简要介绍了开发该系统的主要目标，设计原则及其系统软件的结构。
