| 摘 要： | 为解决常规PID控制下皮带配料系统给料不均匀的问题,提出了模糊控制方法.该方法根据皮带配料控制系统工作原理、物料流量特点,确定模糊控制规则表,达到适应系统工作过程各参数变化的目的.仿真结果表明,模糊控制相对于常规PID控制,可明显提高配料精度.

| Abstract: | In order to solve the unbalanced match-material by the belt match-material system under the conventional PID control,fuzzy control is proposed.Based on principle of belt match-material system and characteristic of match-material flux,fuzzy control regular table is determined to adapt to the variations of system parameters in the working course.The result of simulation indicates that the method of fuzzy control can improve the control precision of belt match-material system more than that of PID control. |
