| 摘 要： | 利用 8 0 98单片机的高速HSI/HSO装置产生变流装置的各种驱动信号非常方便。与其它专用集成电路比较具有外围元件少、易于调试、功能多的优点。介绍了如何用80 98单片机产生半导体变流装置的驱动信号—包括变流器的驱动信号、PWM变换器的驱动信号以及逆变器的SPWM信号的原理和实现方法 ,给出了相应的硬件电路以及产生这三种驱动信号的程序流程框图。实验表明 ,信号的波型稳定、可靠

| Abstract: | It's very convenient to produce many driving signals of varing-current device by 8098's HSI/HSO . There are obviously great advantages , such as fewer periphery components , modulating easier, more functions compared with exclusive IC. This paper introduces the principle and methods of producing the driving-signals of the varing-current equipment by 8098 single -chip minicomputer , including PWM equipment and inverter. Hardware circuit and program diagrams are also given in this paper.Experiments shows that signals' waves are stable and reliable. |
