基于PCI总线和DSP的锅炉火焰温度场测量系统

摘    要:针对电站锅炉温度场测量及燃烧诊断中存在的问题,设计了一套基于PCI总线和DSP的嵌入式火焰图像处理系统,给出了与DSP接口的电路以及程序设计的方法.经过200MW机组的试验表明,该系统实现了高速连续的视频采集及处理,其温度场测量相对误差小于5%,满足了火焰监测和燃烧诊断的实时性以及系统对测量精度的要求.

Abstract:In accordance with the difficulties in the temperature field measuring and combustion diagnosis of the power-station boiler flame,a embedded flame image processing system based on PCI and DSP is designed and the interface circuit of DSP and the controller software are also designed.The test on 200 MW unit shows that the system can continually accomplish video collection and processing at a high speed.The relative error of the temperature distribution measuring is less than 5%,which can meet the needs of the power-station boiler flame monitor and burning diagnosis to the real-time performance and accuracy.
