| 摘 要： | 人员考核在人力资源管理中发挥着越来越重要的作用。文章以高校图书馆人员考核为基本出发点，对高校图书馆人员考核的作用、考核的具体内容以及考核的方法做了简要的论述，并对我国目前高校图书馆人员考核中存在的问题提出了解决的办法。

| Abstract: | The personnel checking-up plays a more and more important role in the management of human resources. Taking the personnel checking-up of university library as the basic starting point, this paper briefly discusses on the functions, concrete contents and methods of the personnel checking-up of university library, and puts forward some methods for solving the problems existing in the personnel checking-up of our country's university library at present. |
