乙炔检测系统的设计

摘    要:在对乙炔气体分子近红外吸收光谱分析的基础上,采用1.52μm波段的LED作为光源,利用旋转双波长滤光片进行波长切换,从而实现差分吸收检测。应用波长调制技术、Ring—down腔技术,通过光纤传输实现乙炔气体质量浓度检测,检测的灵敏度为40×10^-5mg/m^3。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the near infrared spectral absorption of acetylene, the authors made a system that could successfully achieve differential absorption detection by using 1. 52 μm LED as light source and by utilizing a rotating dual wavelength optical filter to switch the needed wavelengths. The acetylene gas test method was achieved by using wavelength modulation and Ring-down chamber technique transmitted by the optical fiber. Test sensitivity of 4 ×10^-5 mg/m^3 was achieved with this method.
