| 摘 要： | 研究鲤鱼,草鱼和鲢鱼等三种鱼类DNA指纹图的结果是;在大于4kb的谱带中,草鱼为15条,鲤鱼11条,鲢鱼仅3条.我们自己制备的LZF—I探针,能与鱼类基因组DNA中的简单重复序列杂交形成杂交分子.据分子杂交原理知,三种鱼类基因组DNA中存在同源DNA片段,同时,草鱼和鲤鱼间的亲缘关系较草鱼和鲢鱼间的关系近. |

| Abstract: | The result of DNA fingerprinting patterns of Cyprinus carpio,Ctenopharyngodon idellus andHypophthalmichthys molitrix is that there are 15 bands in C.idellus,11 bands in C.carpio and only3 bands in H.molitrix.The oligonucleotide probe LZF-I,which is synthesized by us,can form thehybrid molecules with the simple repetitive DNA of three species of fishes.As a result it indicates,according to the principle of molecular hybridization,that there are some homologous fragments ofDNA among three species of fishes.Meanwhile,the relationship is closer between C.idellus and C.carpio than that of between C.idellus and H.molitrix. |
