纳米颗粒对复合材料横向拉伸强度影响的数值模拟

摘    要:纤维增强复合材料中添加纳米颗粒能够改性基质,提高材料的横向拉伸强度.建立了复合材料周期性单胞的三维有限元模型,考虑了纤维与基质间的粘结特性,模拟了材料在固化完成后冷却到室温的全过程.基质中未添加纳米颗粒和添加纳米颗粒两种模型的计算结果表明,纳米颗粒减小了纤维与基质间的剪应力,降低了纤维与基质热膨胀系数不匹配引起的残余应力,从而导致复合材料横向拉伸强度提高.

Abstract:The transverse tensile strength of fiber reinforced composite could be increased by involving nanoparticles in the matrix.Three-dimensional finite element models of periodic cells were established to simulate the cooling processes after curing.The interface between fiber and matrix was described with Cohesive bonding.The results of the models with and without nanoparticles were compared.The shear stress in the interface,as well as the residual thermal stress due to the mismatch of the thermal expansion coef...
