Improve Talking about How to University Students' Ability to Use Electronic Resources

Electronic resources play an increasingly important role in the literature resources of university library.University student being as the greatest user of university library,their poor ability to use electronic resources has reduced the utilization rate of electronic resources to a very great extent.This paper discusses the reasons why university students are lack of ability to use electronic resources,and advances some main measures for improving this situation.
