基于590+的带材卷取张力控制系统的实现

摘    要:张力控制是卷绕自动化生产线中的关键技术.描述了带材卷取张力的控制原理,介绍了一种利用英国欧陆公司的590+全数字直流调速装置内部特殊功能块来实现带材卷取张力控制的新方法.该方法可以满足薄带张力稳定性要求较高场合下张力的动态补偿及惯量补偿.经过实际的生产运行证明,该系统张力控制稳定,运行可靠,克服了薄带容易断带的现象,提高了成品率.

Abstract:The control systems of tension has been a key technology for automatic assembly line.The control principle of strip coiling tension is described.A new method is introduced which control tension of strip coiling tension with 590+ integrator series DC digital drive's special function block.It can satisfy the dynamic and inertia compensation of tension in the situation which demands high stability of thin strip tension.The control systems of tension was proved reliable and steady by realistic producing.It overcomes the thin strip break away and enhances the ratio of finished product.
