飞行仿真器的数据采集系统研制

摘    要:数据采集系统是飞行仿真器的一个重要组成部分,主要完成主控机与各系统之间的并、串行通讯,数据采集以及各种参数的显示。通过对飞行仿真器的数据采集特点的分析,应用系统集成技术,使用商用货架板卡构建数据采集系统;并用多串口卡实现上位计算机与多个下位单片机之间的通讯。结合结构特点,应用VC 编写测控程序和人机接口程序。最终实现了飞行仿真器采集系统的结构简单、可靠性高的目的。

Abstract:Data acquisition interface is a necessary system in a Flight Simulation Device. Its action is to complete the series or parallel commucation between the master computer and other systems, send some of important information in data form to display devices. Based on the characteristics, the data acquisition system in a FTD was analyzed in detail, and the data acquisition system for flight Training Device was upgraded and developed by integrating the circuit cards in commercial shelf. The commucation between the master computer and multi-micro-processors in slave was executed by a circuit card with multi-series ports. In combining with the characteristics of the system, a program for measuring and controlling the system was completed by employing the VC . On the other hand, the communication between man and the device is very convenient for a manipulator. Thus, the data acquisition system is briefed in structure, and the reliability is grown in practice comparing to other systems.
