| 摘 要： | 针对我国航空公司飞行运行管理系统的现状，从系统的功能需求出发，研究了FOS系统的数据关系、FOS飞行运行管理系统结构，并在此基础上建立了系统网络平台、进行了数据库设计，在云南航空公司成功实施。结果表明：航空公司飞行运行管理系统设计科学、有效、合理，为我国民航事业信息化模型提供了有益参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the statements of the flight operation system of the airlines,the paper researches the data relation of FOS, the system structure of FOS, and sets up the network platform of system, designs the database, and makes it in Yun Nan airline company. The results show, the designs of FOS are scientific and advanced, providing the model of airline company. |
