制冷剂过冷区热力性质的快速计算

摘    要:提出制冷剂过冷区热力性质的隐式拟合模型,给出了制冷剂过冷区热力性质的隐式拟合、显式计算方法.该方法能够保证制冷剂热力性质计算的可逆性,同时由于不存在迭代,保证了热力性质计算的高速性和绝对稳定性.以REFPROP 6.01的计算结果作为数据源,以环保工质R410A和R407C为例对该模型作了验证.计算与对比结果表明,应用所提出模型得到的快速计算公式的计算速度比REFPROP 6.01程序的计算速度提高了3个数量级,且能保证在常用的制冷空调工况范围内的最大计算偏差小于0.49%,而平均计算偏差小于0.09%.

Abstract:An implicit model together with a novel implicit-regress and explicitcalculation fast calculation method for subcooled refrigerant thermal properties was presented.The novel method can guarantee the calculation reversibility,calculation stability and high calculation speed of the refrigerant thermodynamic properties.As example,fast calculation formulae for subcooled thermal properties of R410A and R407C were developed by using this novel method.The source data is calculated from NIST REFPROP 6.01.The comparison result shows that the calculation speed of the fast calculation formulae is three orders faster than that of REFPROP 6.01.In the range of the normal air conditioner work conditions,the maximum relative deviation and mean relative deviation of the fast calculation formulae are within 0.49% and(0.09%,) respectively.
