| 摘 要： | 立足十八届三中全会以来全面深化改革的大背景，分析了我国国有企业发展现状及其在国内和国际市场的竞争地位，在总结了国有企业提升竞争力面临的困境后，提出准确定位国有企业功能，高度谋划和实现国有产权流动，加快推进国有企业产权结构多元化，优化法人治理结构，增加国有企业研发投入等提升国有企业竞争力的有效路径。

| Abstract: | Based on big background of comprehensively deepen reform since the third plenary session of the eighteenth, the author analyzed current situation and competition in domestic and international market of state-owned enterprises in China. After summarizing plight of improving competitiveness of state-owned enterprises, the author pointed effective paths of accu-rate positioning function of state-owned enterprises, high flow planning and implementation of state-owned property rights, ac-celerating state-owned enterprise property right structure, optimizing the structure of corporate governance and increasing R＆amp;D investment in state-owned enterprises. |
