| Abstract: | To control effectively the construction cost is,as for the constructing company,the key to the management of construction.This paper firstly analyzes the causes of losing the control to the construction cost.It proposes on the measures of controlling the construction cost in the whole process of approving the project,designing the project,inviting the tenders,constructing,and the final accounts of the completed project. |
