高炉炉渣复合陶粒对Ni2 的吸附平衡及动力学研究

摘    要:
以高炉炉渣、污泥和黏土为原料制作复合陶粒,研究了复合陶粒对Ni2 的吸附平衡模型及吸附动力学等内容。结果表明,Langmuir方程与Freundlich方程均能较好描述高炉炉渣复合陶粒吸附Ni2 的吸附行为,但前者相对于后者具有更好的拟合性;复合陶粒吸附Ni2 动力学既符合准一级速率方程又符合准二级速率方程,且后者符合性更好;当溶液初始浓度为5mg/L与10 mg/L时,内扩散过程是陶粒吸附Ni2 的控制步骤,而浓度为15mg/L与20 mg/L时,内扩散过程不是其控制步骤。

Abstract:
Blast furnace slag, wastewater sludge and clay are mixed to manufacture the ceramsite and the equilibrium and kinetics of adsorbing Ni2 with the ceramsite are examined. The results show that both the Langmuir and Freundlich equations describe well the behavior of adsorbing Ni2 with the ceramsite and the former is better than the latter; the kinetics of the adsorption behavior accord with both pseudo-first order rate equation and pseudo-second order rate equation and the latter is better than the former; As the initial concentration of the solution is 5mg/L and 10mg/L, the internal diffusion process is the controlling step of the adsorption behavior, and as 15mg/L and 20mg/L, the internal diffusion process is not the controlling step of it.
