| 摘 要： | 本文从技术哲学视角出发,提出了技术系统寿命概念,揭示了技术风险的认识论特征,剖析了技术风险存在的根据、技术灾害的类型以及技术风险与恐怖主义之间的关系,最后还提出了控制技术风险的对策措施。笔者认为,技术风险潜伏于技术系统运行过程之中,始终处于发展演变之中,是可以有效预防的。

| Abstract: | From the view of philosophy of technology,this article has put forward the new concept of life-span of technology system,announced the epistemology characteristic in technological risk,analyzed the bases of technological risk,the type of technological calamity,and the relation between technological risk and terrorism.Finally,it has also put forward the controlling measure of decrease technological risk.Author think that the technological risks hide in the course of technological system operation,it is in forming and evolving,and it can be prevented effectively. |
