低温下被动的运动前身体加温对高强度运动中生理反应的影响

摘    要:本文针对运动前身体的温度提高而引起的一系列生理反应有利于运动成绩的提高作了一些证明.对温度作了设定,测试最大摄氧量与乳酸浓度.结果表明,被动的身体加温比低温暴露实验中的血乳酸浓度低.呼吸交换比率(RER)的运动中最大值PW实验比CE实验显示有意低值.运动中的心率平均值,PW实验比CE实验显示有意高值.运动中的主观性工作强度(RPE)平均值,PW实验比CE实验显示有意低值.

Abstract:The text had been proven that a series of happening physiologicalresponse by going up of the temperature of the body was advantageous forthe improvement of exercise Performance before the exercise. It set at thetemperature, and the maxima oxygen uptake and the lactate eoneentrationwere measured. The lactate concentration of the result is lower than thatof the low temperature exposure experiment when bloody mesne of passivewarming up. Maximum value PW experiment under the exercise of respirationexchange rate (RER) in- dicated a low value that was more significant thanthe CE experiment. The PW experiment of the mean value of the ventrieularrate under the exercise is more intentionally higher than the CE experiment. In the mean value of rating of perceived exertion (RPE) under the exercise, the PW experiment is more intentionally lower than the CE experiment.
