师范院校工科专业毕业设计工作的组织与管理

摘    要:师范院校开办工科专业,基础薄弱,为了做好学生毕业设计工作,在课程体系、教学内容和教学计划上,就应当重视对实践教学环节的组织与管理,提前作好充分的;住备和部署,加强学生平时的实践技能训练,鼓励教师承接横向课题,提高工程实践水平,充分发挥校内外的指导力量,使得毕业实习/设计顺利进行,保质保量,如期圆满完成。做到毕业生满意,指导教师满意,就业单位满意。

Abstract:There is a lack of foundation for normal schools in engineering courses.To well organize students' graduate design,pre-attention should be paid to training courses in their routine curriculum.Measures should be taken to encourage teachers cooperate with companies and plants;hence students could work with more practical projects and get more opportunities to improve their skill.Intramural and extramural potencies should be gathered to boost students' practicing work,therefore undergraduates could learn from their graduate design course and teachers and employers could both be satisfied.
