摘    要:介绍一种测定工业射线胶片重要参数 (感光度、平均斜率及增感系数 )的方法 .通过一次射线曝光获得 14对光学密度与曝光量的对应值 ,用这一组数据就可得到一条完整的特性曲线 ,从曲线上可求出胶片的感光度、平均斜率、灰雾度、宽容度和最大黑度 (即最大光学密度 )等参数 .如果曝光时在胶片的一半加上增感屏 ,还可同时获得有增感屏时的特性曲线 ,从两条曲线上可求出胶片加铅箔增感屏的增感系数 .测量了不同电压下的增感系数 ,结果表明 ,随着管电压的增加 ,2 0 0kV后 ,增感系数快速增加 .

Abstract:This paper introduces the determination method of sensitive speed of film, average gradient and increasing photosensitive coefficient which are important parameters of photography-industrial radiographic film. At least 14 pairs data of dark density and exposure energy are obtained at one time by using the method and a characteristic curve of the film is given. The characteristic parameters of the film can be derived form the curve. If increasing photosensitive screen is added at half film the characteristic curve of the film with the screen can be given at same time. The increasing photosensitive coefficient can be calculated from the two curves. This method is scientific, simple, fast and accurate. The principle and facility of the method are introduced in this paper, and moreover, the increasing photosensitive coefficients at different voltage are measured. The results show that when voltage is higher than 200?kV the increasing sensitization efficiency is obvious.
