东北地区桥弯藻属数量分类研究

本文应用聚类分析的方法对东北产的桥弯藻属53个分类单位进行了研究。聚类分析中选取了9个性状特征采用相关系数基础上的不加权的离差平方和法进行运算。同时将聚类分析的结果结合分类学意义进行了讨论,认为该方法能够比较客观、自然地反映出桥弯藻属属内种间的亲缘关系,为硅藻植物的系统分类提供富有启发性的参考。

STUDY ON THE NUMERICAL TAXONOMY OF CYMBELLA FROM NORTHEASTERN CHIAN

By cluster analysis method, 53 taxa of Cymbella from Northeastern China are studied. And 9 haracters of 53 taxa in Cymbella are subjected to this method. The correlation coefficient obtained (?)om standardized data is clustered by the unweighted "Ward"method. In this paper, the results of luster analysis with relation to taxonomy of diatom are discussed. It is indicated that the elationship of diatom can be revealed objectively and naturally, and some new ideas of the systematcs are heuristicly offered.
