基于MATLAB的数控进给伺服系统设计与仿真

摘    要:
利用MATLAB控制系统工具箱中的SISO设计器设计了数控进给伺服系统.在建立了直流电机和进给系统的数学模型后,根据数控伺服系统的性能要求,使用SISO设计器设计了进给伺服系统的校正补偿器,得到了反映系统性能的特性曲线和Simulink仿真模型,并根据仿真模型验证了系统设计的正确性.该项研究对伺服系统的性能分析及用根轨迹法设计控制系统具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:
NC feed servo system was designed by applying SISO designer in MATLAB control system toolbox. After mathematic models of DC motor and feed system were built up, a kind of compensator was devised according to performance requirements of NC servo system. Characteristic curves of the system responses and Simulink simulation model were obtained and the design was verified by the model.This study provides a reference for analyzing performances of servo system and applying root locus method to design control system.
