水平轴风力机塔架的力学建模及ANSYS仿真分析

摘    要:
结合大型风力机塔架结构特点及受力特征,建立了变截面筒型塔架的计算模型.基于结构动力学原理,推导塔架顶端水平位移及基频计算公式,运用有限元软件ANSYS对塔架进行了静、动态特性分析和仿真计算.结果表明:有限元模型在工程应用中是切实可行的,为风力机机组的结构设计提供了理论依据.

Abstract:
In the light of the structural features and force characteristics of the wind turbine tower,the calculation models of the variable cross-section tube tower are established.Based on the theory of structural dynamics,the formations of the horizontal displacement at the top of the tower and the formula of basic frequencies are deduced.An analysis of the static and dynamic characteristics of the tower and relevant simulated calculation are made by using the finite element software ANSYS.The results show that the finite element model is feasible in engineering application,and the analysis can provide a theoretical basis for structural design of the wind turbine.
