| 摘 要： | 在分析我国1990～2008年能源消费与经济发展关联变化的基础上,利用IPAT模型测算各省区能源消费与经济发展的脱钩临界值与脱钩潜力,并探讨其地域分异特征.结果表明,各省区能源消费强度空间趋同趋势明显,但脱钩潜力存在显著差异;区域发展水平对脱钩潜力具有较大影响,鼓励和引导各地区充分利用能源消费强度方面的差异进行合作是增...

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the relationship between energy consumption and economic development from 1990 to 2008,the decoupling threshold and its potential were estimated by using IPAT model.The results showed that:(1) the spatial convergence of the inter-provincial energy consumption intensity was evident,but there were significant differences of the decoupling potential;(2) there was a great impact of regional development on decoupling potential and it was an important way to encourage and guide the cooperation by using energy consumption intensity differences.A reference was provided for the national and regional development to make appropriate energy policies. |
