化工压力容器选材与补强设计分析

摘    要:讨论了化工压力容器筒体整体加厚补强材料选择方法和压力容器开孔补强结构设计、补强圈补强及整锻件补强的思路,分析了应力变化原因并提出相应的核算设计建议.通过分析选材变化时不同温度条件的影响因素及结果,结合经验实例设计计算,提出应综合考虑材料的成分、组织、性能,按照标准、规范谨慎决定材料代用.

Abstract:The material selection method of overall cylinder thickening reinforcement,pressure vessel structure design of opening reinforcement,pad reinforcement and the whole forging reinforcement are discussed.The reasons for stress change are analyzed and the suggestions for its accounting design are proposed.The factors and results are analyzed under different temperatures when the design materials are changed.Through practical design examples,the material composition,organization and performance are considered sy...
