| 摘 要： | 教与学中浪费现象大量存在并且一直存在着。主要表现为学生被要求达到同一程度,记忆一些没有必要的知识,反复地做练习等。造成教与学中浪费现象是由多方面因素引起的。文章从教师素质这一角度来阐述这一原因,并试提出了一些解决问题的办法。

| Abstract: | There are lots of wasted phenomena in teaching and learning,which shows that students are requested to attain the same level,to memorize some unnecessary material and to do the exercises repeatedly and so on.The causes of the phenomena trace from various elements.This paper illustrates the causes and some methods to solve these problems from the point of teachers' quality. |
