摘    要:以镀速、镀液PdCl2稳定时间和镀层磷含量为评价指标,在固定主盐、还原剂、缓冲剂、稳定剂浓度的条件下施镀一小时,考察柠檬酸、乳酸、苹果酸、甘氨酸、丁二酸等五钟配位剂对化学镀镍的影响.结果表明:丁二酸作配位剂时镀速最快,而柠檬酸作配位剂时镀速最慢;镀液的PdCl2稳定时间,乳酸最长,丁二酸最短;就镀层磷含量而言,柠檬酸作...

Abstract:As the plating rate,palladium chloride testing of electroless Nickel solution and phosphorus content in electroless Ni-P coating were used as evaluating indicator,the author researched the effects of citric acid,lactic acid,malic acid,glycine and succinic acid under this condition of the fixed the concentration of main salt,reduction agent,buffers and plating time was 1 hour.The experimental results show that the plating rate was the fastest when succinic acid was used as complexing agent and the plating rate was the slowest when citric acid was used as complexing agent,the time of palladium chloride testing of lactic acid was the longest and the time of palladium chloride testing of succinic acid was the shortest,the phosphorus content was higher than 11% and the highest when citric acid was used as complexing agent,the phosphorus content was lower than 6% and the lowest when glycine was used as complexing agent.This study can provide reference significance to the craft formula of electroless nickel plating.
