| 摘 要： | 为研究纳人教学教育成果指标的高职院校科研绩效评价指标体系，文章采取定量和定性相结合的方法构建了指标标度判断矩阵，并使用了在指标权重计算中被广泛运用的层次分析法计算出高职院校科研绩效评价指标权重，构建高等职业院校科研绩效管理的评价体系。

| Abstract: | In order to study the evaluation index system of scientific research performance in higher vocational university which has been included in teaching achievements index,the thesis sets up an index scale judgment matrix,which adopts quantitative and qualitative study and analytic hierarchy process,works out the index weight of scientific research performance in higher vocational university and establishes the evaluation system of performance management of scientific research in higher vocational university. |
