蒙古国焦煤优化配用技术研究

摘    要:对蒙古国焦煤进行煤质检验及配用试验,分析了焦炭的显微结构,结果表明,蒙古国焦煤变质程度偏低(介于1/3焦煤和焦煤之间),G值、Y值和膨胀度较高,塑性温度区间窄,成焦显微结构特征类似于1/3焦煤。用蒙古国焦煤完全替代优质焦煤,焦炭质量有所下降;而采用蒙古国焦煤部分替代焦煤和1/3焦煤可以稳定焦炭质量。

Optimized blending of Mongolia coking coals

Abstract:The quality of coking coals from Mongolia was analyzed and blending experiments of Mongolia coking coals were conducted. The microstructural analysis of the produced cokes shows that the metamorphic degree of coking coals from Mongolia is low, which is between 1/3coking coal and coking coal, their G values, Y values and dilatation are high, their plastic temperature ranges are narrow, and their coking microstructural features are similar to those of 1/3coking coal. Therefore, if high-quality coking coal is replaced by coking coal from Mongolia, the quality of coke produced will decrease; however, if coking coal from Mongolia is used to partially replace coking coal and 1/3coking coal, the quality of coke produced remains stable.
