| 摘 要： | 盒形件两排侧向通孔在动模型芯成型后,成型滑块顶出动作时可能与塑件中部凸台发生干涉,为此设计了一种顶板上T型滑块相对成型滑块顶杆滑动,同时推动成型滑块顶出塑件,形成两次连续脱模的结构,避免了因中部凸台与成型抽芯的干涉和塑件四周无熔接痕.

| Abstract: | After the two rows of rectangular boxes are moved laterally through holes in the dynamic model of the lateral core molding,molding slider may interfere with the central boss when pushing out. Based on this,a roof is designed on a T- shaped slider to relative forming mandrel slide,while pushing the top of the plastie parts molding. The secondary demolding stoucture is formed. It avoids the boss and forms the central core pulling " interference". There was no welding marks around the plastic parts. |
