WDL610E2热轧中厚板调质处理后的组织与性能分析

摘    要:在控轧控冷工艺基础上对WDL610E2热轧中厚板进行调质处理,研究调质钢板组织性能。结果表明,调质处理消除了WDL610E2钢热轧带状组织,使珠光体中Fe3C转变为弥散分布质点,改善了WDL610E2钢的组织性能和力学性能,钢板具有较高的抗层状撕裂能力和很低的裂纹敏感性,调质处理也使WDL610E2钢具有优良的焊接性能,并能承受大线能量焊接。

Abstract:On the basis of controlled rolling and controlled cooling, quenching and tempering treatment was carried out of WDL610E2hot rolled steel plate for the investigation of its microstructure and performance. The results show that quenching and tempering treatment has removed the hot-rolled banded structure in the plate and turned Fe3C in the pearlite into dispersed particles, thus giving the plate better microstructure and performance. After the treatment, the plate has higher lamellar tearing resistance and low susceptibility to cracking, demonstrating excellent welding property and being able to stand high heat input welding.
