摘    要:捣固锤质量、抬锤高度、捣固锤数量等工艺参数对捣固炼焦相关设备的设计和应用起着决定性的作用,当前这些参数多采用经验选取,并无明确的理论支撑.以捣固效率和捣固功为指标,结合DKM本构关系模拟煤饼,对捣固煤饼过程进行正交仿真试验,并对结果进行了分析,得出了合理的捣固工艺参数组合.试验为捣固煤饼工艺参数的选取和相关设备的设计提供了一种新方法.

Abstract:The design parameters, such as stamper weight, stamper lifting height and number of stampers, are radical in the design of stamp-charging coking related devices. However, the parameters are now usually chosen empirically but not supported theoretically. To solve the problem, by the use of DKM constitutive relation, an orthogonal simulation test on the process of stamping coal cake is raised, in which stamping efficiency and stamping work are taken as targets. Then, the orthogonal simulation results are analyzed and a series of reasonable design parameters are given. The test provides a new method for choosing stamping coal cake parameters and a new way for the design of related devices.
