摘 要: | 通对12种典型旋转铰链布置形式下的3-RPS和3-SPR机构进行自由度计算、数学建模和运动学分析,利用Pro-E和 ADAMS软件分析验证所建模型,筛选出符合体感机构要求的三自由度并联机构,结果可用于辅助铰链布置形式的选择。

Abstract: | With the calculation, mathematical modeling and kinematic analysis of degrees of freedom of 3-RPS and 3-SPR mechanisms in 12typical pivot hinge layouts, this paper uses Pro-E and ADAMS to analyze and validate the established models and has come up with the parallel mechanism of three degrees of freedom that meets the requirements of the body. The research results are of great referential value for the selection of auxiliary hinge layout. |
