摘    要:研究路灯电杆无模拉伸特种成形方法解决路灯电杆难于塑性成形的问题.在对锥形电杆无模拉伸变形机理分析的基础上,制定出了路灯电杆无模拉伸生产工艺,给出了路灯电杆无模拉伸的速度变化模型,提出了主要工艺参数的确定方法.无模拉伸方法比传统加工方法工艺设备简单,并且由于不受模具限制,该方法特别适用于常规加工方法难以成形的高强度、高摩擦、低塑性及长尺寸变断面管材,具有一定的使用价值.

Abstract:One kind of new dieless drawing methods for making wire-pole is studied, which solves the difficult problems with plasticity forming of wire-pole. The dieless drawing technique is established, the mathematical model of dieless drawing speed for wire-pole is set up, and the methods to ascertain key technique parameter are given out, based on systematically researching and analyzing on deformation mechanism of wire-pole. The process equipment of dieless drawing method is simpler than the traditional processing methods. Since it is not restricted by mold, the method is particularly suitable for variable section pipes with high strength, high friction, low plasticity and long dimension, which are difficult to form by conventional processing methods.
