咸宁学院健美操运动员选材情况的研究与分析

当今竞技健美操运动已逐步发展成为以竞赛为目的、深受人们喜爱的一项竞技体育运动，而运动选材工作作为取得好成绩的基本保障，也越来越被人们重视．本文以咸宁学院健美操运动训练队队员为研究对象，对其选材步骤、选材原则、选材具体条件等方面做了较为详细的调查和研究．发现在运动员的科学化选材以及训练体系方面还存在着很大不足，制约了咸宁学院健美操运动的进一步发展．结合近几年训练队所获得的成绩，总结归纳出其选材工作的可行性方案，以期为咸宁学院健美操训练队运动员的选材和训练提供参考依据．
