白术两个药材品种的核型研究

摘    要:本文研究了产于安徽祁门县的白术(Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz)两个药材品种的核型。研究结果表明:白术两个药材品种体细胞染色体数相同,均为2n=24,但核型结构有差异,其核型公式:祁术K(2n)=24=18m+6sm;白术K(2n)=24=12m+12sm。二者均属“2B”型核型,但它们的染色体相对长度变异幅度和差值、臂比的变异幅度和差值、最长与最短染色体的比值以及核型不对称系数(AS·K%)均有较大差异,而且都是祁术小于白术,说明祁术的核型对称程度大于白术。此外,二者在外形、生境、药性及药效上也存在较大差异。

Abstract:The present paper deals with the karyotype analysis of two medicinal materials in Atractylodes macroeephala Koidz in Qimen of Anhui. They are under the names "Qishu" and "Baishu" respectively. The results of karyotype analysis are shown in Fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, with the formula of Qishu K(2n) = 24 = 18m + 6sm; Baishu K(2n) = 24 = 12m + 12sm. They both belong to "2B" type of karyotype symmetry. But their margin of relative length and margin of arm ratio and AS.K% in chromosomes are different, Baishu is greaiet than Qishu. Degree of symmetry of the karyotype in Qishu is greater than Baishu.
