黑龙江省煤炭产业新型工业化发展研究

结合新型工业化发展的内涵，对黑龙江省煤炭产业的现状及存在的问题进行分析，提出了黑龙江省煤炭产业新型工业发展面临的主要任务。它包括提高煤炭开采技术水平，加强煤炭安全生产技术应用，推进煤炭企业信息化发展，延长煤炭产业链、建设煤电化基地，实现矿区循环经济发展，促进煤城产业转型，完善大型煤炭集体现代企业制度七个方面。结合实证评价，给出了黑龙江省煤炭产业实现新型工业化的基本途径与对策。

Research on new industrial development of coal industry in Heilongjiang Province

This paper provides an analysis of the present status and problems of the coal industry in Heilongjiang Province, and highlights the main task facing the new industrial development of the coal in- dustry in Heilongjiang Province, combined with the content of new industrial development. The task con- sists of increasing the level of coal mining technology, strengthening the application of coal safety technol- ogy, propelling development of coal enterprise information, extending the coal industry chain, building coal and electricity base, achieving mine circular economy development, promoting coal industry transi- tion, and perfecting modem enterprise system of large coal collective seven aspects.
